Dr Myles - A Kingdom Legend

Dr Myles Munroe was different things to different people. To some he was a Mentor, a Role Model, a Leader, a Voice, a Life Coach, a Teacher, a Government Consultant, a Minister of the gospel.  To me, he was a Blessing.

He was full of life and passionate about the gospel of Christ, leadership, purpose, vision, transforming society and maximizing our potentials.

I remember his interview on The 700 Club where he said "that richest place on earth is the cemetry because its filled with businesses that never opened,  awesome companies that never got started,
inventions never used, poetry never read, books that were never written, paintings no one has ever seen, songs never heard, great and powerful women who died as prostitutes, great men who died as alcoholics and drug addicts. He stressed that it is better to die empty irrespective of your age and that is the goal of life, to die empty.
He said that the greatest act of service to humanity is to deliver what you came to deliver".

I think Dr Myles disappointed the grave, he died empty. With his numerous books, motivational messages, seminars on leadership, publications etc. His greatest statement of dying is, it is finished. He finished his race and kept the faith.  It seems he still had alot to do but he died fulfilling his purpose. The greatest tragedy is not death but a life without a purpose because purpose give meaning to existence according to Dr Myles.

I'm glad he found and lived his purpose. His goal in life was for you and i to die empty. So let's on work on dying empty, let us rob the grave, let us fulfill our purpose.

Thank you Dr Myles for being an Inspiration and a Blessing.

 Rest in Peace.
